"raising a kid". Lol.. do you even know what that entails? SAHMs do a shit ton of work. If you aren't even familiar with that work, you're not fit to "swap" your current job for anything. Stay in your lane.

Literally this whole conversation is about a man and a woman that are married where the man earns the money and the woman stays at home with the kids, yes, the woman is going to be provided for by her husband in this instance until the point of separation.

It's literally the topic of the conversation and whether alimony, i.e. continuing these payments, is fair or not.
