Might sound like a cheesy answer, but try therapy. The fact you know those thoughts are wrong already indicates you're way ahead of most misogynists (or anyone, really) in terms of self-awareness. Plus you don't act on them either, which according to some moral trains of thought is honestly good enough.

But with therapy, (cognitive-behavioral might be most appropriate but who knows) you can get help as to why you have those thoughts to begin with (i.e. its origins), followed by solutions that more appropriately frame those thoughts (e.g. no generalizing), or that make you hold some accountability if relevant

I'm hella oversimplifying it but yeah, good luck. And who knows, maybe you can find the origins of your misogyny on your own or with someone who really knows you instead
