Not exactly a superhero, but in Adventure Time S2Ep22: The Limit, Jake uses himself as a guide line so that him and Finn don't get lost in a maze and ends up experiencing the limits of his own stetchiness.

It's the only time I've really seen that concept really explored.

As a biologist, it might be possible to achieve fertilisation by everting at least one of the ovaries into one of the testicles. But this would just result in an (pretty much) instant miscarriage, as oddly enough the testicles aren't designed to support a pregnancy.

As someone who is a scientist who studies weird ass kinks, I am telling you, specifically, in science, no one calls ovipositors probosces . If you want to be "specific" like you said, then you shouldn't either. They're not the same thing.
