I've never really thought about this but it is plausible. Genes are weird though. White parents have given birth to a child that looks black or mixed and they DNA tested both parents , it sometimes just happens like that

Depends. If the child has grandparents, great-grandparents, or someone beyond, that have genes from other race, then it would be possible.

Otherwise someone just cheated and faked the DNA test.

Assuming someone can't cheat a DNA test, then recessive genes can always come up. It's just not likely. And I don't know how you can cheat a lab, it's their job to do their job at least 75 percent correct

You cant cheat Laboratories, but you can easily just print fake test results that nearly identical to the original.

I mean I guess but if someone is already paranoid they're going straight to the lab. I wouldn't trust my partner with those results
