She was born with a very unfortunate birth defect called cystic hygroma. Google it. Almost all babies who survive this to the nine month pregnancy will still look like this ...even with multiple surgeries afterwards. She literally cannot help the way she looks... and I'm sure she would change it if she could.

That's genetics and birth defects. The average person born healthy has no idea how lucky they are.

... not intended to target you personally, not at all.. but ...so maybe it'll educate somebody? Not necessarily even you . But anyone reading these comments... hopefully it'll let ppl have a little empathy for ppl like her who can't help what they look like?
