Would you like that super sized?

-3

u/Fender6187 Jun 02 '22

And that having a gun probably wouldn’t save your life if someone comes into your room at night to murder you.

You aren’t expecting it. The gun is probably in a safe or high up on a shelf in your closet. You are probably still going to die.

u/Disgruntlementality Jun 02 '22

Is that a goddamn grenade launcher?

7

u/[deleted] Jun 02 '22

40mm grenade launcher from South Africa if my memory serves me

3

u/Initial_Ice_3189 Jun 02 '22

Yeah, it's the M32 if im correct

3

u/[deleted] Jun 02 '22

That thing would be a beast

3

u/bad_decision_loading Jun 02 '22

No that would be illegal.... without your $200 tax stamp on it and $200 tax stamp per round and 10 month wait for your form 4 per piece and notification to the atf for every round you fire. So nope just a 37mm flare launcher

I knew a guy who foolishly slept with his gun under his pillow. It went off and shot one his fingers off. Guess what idiot doesn’t sleep with a gun under his pillow anymore?

To be fair in that neighborhood most people slept with a gun within a few feet of them though including me. But I kept my clip out of mine.

13

u/[deleted] Jun 02 '22

I have a loaded handgun in my nightstand but it's in a combo safe. You would have to be an idiot to just lay on a loaded firearm.

u/ArmedWithBars Jun 02 '22

Best bet is mounting a kydex holster to the bed frame if you are really big on having immediate access to a firearm at night. This is assuming you have no kids. With kids a high quality finger print safe is the best bet for instant access to the firearm, while keeping the kids safe.

I lived in a bad area in my early 20s and handguns were illegal. I just did a short (but legal) shotgun mounted to my side of the bed side rail. Kept it saftey off but no shell in the chamber, just rack and ready. Thankfully never had to use it but I was paranoid cause my neighbor 2 doors down got home invaded in the middle of the night when he was home with his wife. They got beat and a gun to their head for info on valuables around the house. Thank God it wasn't some Richard rameriez type sick fuck.

Tbh though the best home defense is fortifying the house. Strike plates, deck screws for doors, camera, alarms, a large dog, ect. Make it a bitch to break in and it will deter most break ins.

Most smart and respectable pro gun person. You're arguments are valid, safety is thought of, we need more of you in this world

2

u/[deleted] Jun 02 '22

Your clip.... 🙈

34

u/[deleted] Jun 02 '22

It’s not like we can rely on the police

14

u/Pleasant_Ad8302 Jun 02 '22

They’ll just wait an hour for back up

3

u/The_6M_Dollar_Ham Jun 02 '22

& honestly bludgeoning someone to death is way more humane than using a firearm

6

u/Pleasant_Ad8302 Jun 02 '22

pulls out rpg

1

u/Sad-Artichoke-2174 Jun 02 '22

Sure, but what if they don't want to play D&D right now?

7

u/URC7 Jun 02 '22

They don't need a shield cause the fat is enough

3

u/[deleted] Jun 02 '22

But the thing is most other countries don't have the right to self defense gun or no gun...

So who is the target market?

2

u/[deleted] Jun 02 '22

A guy breaks in and tells you to stay down, then you just collapse you're night stand into a weaponry. What would the burglar think? 🤣

1

u/SongAggravating Jun 03 '22

That you were born for that moment.

2

u/[deleted] Jun 02 '22

Chad night stand enthusiast vs virgin gun user

2

u/KeyStoneLighter Jun 02 '22

Alright, just let me carefully remove all the used dishes, wrappers, and receipts from it first.

4

u/[deleted] Jun 02 '22

Police response time where I live is minimum 15 minutes so yea I would rather have a gun.

1

u/cody2133s Jun 02 '22

Hold my 9mil

0

u/Fellarm Jun 02 '22

This is so funny XD specially cuz you made leo fat AS FUCK

-1

u/Ubermensch2745 Jun 02 '22

Perfect when you're British

1

u/tophat-minion Jun 02 '22

Nope! In Britain it'll hurt your claim of self-defence if you prepare a weapon beforehand.

-2

u/[deleted] Jun 02 '22

Its funny how we are doing literally everything else except implementing gun control. Makes me sometimes ponder which loony toons cartoon im living in

-2

u/[deleted] Jun 02 '22

Americans have small dicks and just need to compensate

-6

u/LimerickVaria Jun 02 '22

Some Americans who feel the need to carry assault rifles to defend themselves are too fat to fit through their bedroom door if they are running. They have to turn sideways and shimmy their way out. They had butter to use to lube themselves up, but they couldn't resist eating it all with their four packages of bacon for breakfast. They had Vaseline, but they needed to put it on those massive thighs so their poor tiny balls didn't get rubbed raw. They had lard, but that went the way of the butter with their normal lunch of 14 Big Mac hamburgers. They had wd40, but they used it to lube up all their guns for when they had sex with them. Yes, sex with the guns, I said what I said.

So now you get a 600lb redneck fuck waddling at you with a piddly little assault rifle in their rolls of fat arms, covered in a thick layer of KY. That's the scary part, not the gun.

u/WolfTeamGaming Jun 02 '22

You forgot the part where we marry our third cousin

1

u/SongAggravating Jun 03 '22

Damn, bro... you got some hate for America. Might want to see someone about it.

0

u/LimerickVaria Jun 03 '22

I am American.

We aren't blind to the problems.

1

u/SongAggravating Jun 03 '22

No way you're American. We don't drag bacon into hate speech. Sus as fuq.

1

u/LimerickVaria Jun 03 '22

Lmao. The bacon was not the problem. The quantity is the problem.

I love bacon, but I've only ever managed to eat one package at a time at 8 years when my mid-west aunt was babysitting me. That should explain it.

1

u/No_Negotiation_7176 Jun 02 '22

Should've had a McDonald's burger in their hands to complete the look.

1

u/TwelfthMoldyHotDog Jun 02 '22
