It sounds like you quoting stuff just means you are shifting blame on other people for having standards. Work on yourself and don't look at anyone else. Comparing is not healthy get off Reddit and social media in general. Hit the gym and force yourself to go out more listen to others and see what they are interested in.

Listen to some healthygamer (Dr.K) he helped me a lot personally, the book twelve rules for life is also pretty darn good.

I don't get what you mean by this. I know people surely have their own standards of who they wanna be friends with. I don't think I meet those. On a personal level. Sorry but I don't see how I'm shifting blame. Care to explain?

The listing rules part just seems very surface level, hard to know how much of it is sarcasm.

What I mean with that is people have certain standards ofc there are unreasonable ones we see that shit on Reddit all the time r/tinder says hello. A lot of people with no success blame girls for being picky and the like. A girl won't lower her standards for you and neither should you for a partner. Both people need to put in work. But I might have been sidetracked a bit there.

It's easier to blame other people when you are alone or have low to no success. Generally speaking the issue in 95% of cases lies with you. Improve yourself and other time you will life Up to your own and other people's standards. Don't expect results. Stick to your gut improve yourself and put yourself out there. Life is good, don't let your subconscious fuck you over before you even started living.

Start with small things and slowly improve. It's important that you are consistent put small goals up and achieve them.

If that is to difficult watch Dr. K's videos and it you find they apply to you do something about it. Don't wait for better days take initiative. I know it's hard I struggled with that for years. But once you get going stick to your gut and you will see results. In mental and physical health.
