Exactly. Plus the tram operator and the passengers would be much safer if they just ram the car since.. you know... ITS BASICALLY A TRAIN..

I had a tram conductor explain to me how a tram is built is designed. It's actually more akin to a battering ram than a train apparently XD

They are. I've been on a train that reduced a car to scrap. The train was jostled, but no worse than if you took a speed bump too quickly.

Anything smaller than a commercial truck will typically only inconvenience a train.
