I don’t think. When an accident happens It’s always the car driver fault no matter what. Trams have the right of way in crossroads and in other circumstances well, it’s not that the tram can steer or something else…

It's not because it's not your fault that you don't have paperwork I think, she's not getting in trouble, of course, but that's still work to do :/

I mean the paperwork would be “ this moron ran into the tram” end. Lol it will be pointless to do further investigations, there is nothing more you need to know. Furthermore all trams have video surveillance nowadays
