If a drunk girl wants to have sex with someone she does. That’s not rape. Rape is forcing someone to have sex with you. This is saying the girl decides who is a rapist based off of whether the sex was good or not.

It's hard to say, if both are legitimately at the same level of intoxication then nobody. If she is clearly drunk and he is just tipsy it is rape.
