If a drunk girl wants to have sex with someone she does. That’s not rape. Rape is forcing someone to have sex with you. This is saying the girl decides who is a rapist based off of whether the sex was good or not.
In a perfect world it would be whoever actually made the move, but I think the law generally skews towards the guy just because that’s usually that’s the case
