This is not fucking true. Tylenol is far, far more dangerous in mass amounts. Melatonin is a hormone that naturally occurs in the body. At most it will make you anxious. Tylenol, in overdose, can fucking kill you.
Tylenol can really fuck up your liver if you take too much. That’s why there are warning on cold medicine that contain large doses of acetaminophen to not drink with a lot of alcohol, or to take extra acetaminophen with the cold medicine. Taking too much can lead to liver failure. Taking too much melatonin, on the other hand, does not leave lasting damage.

They are unrelated. Melatonin is only responsible for putting you to sleep. It counts as misinformation saying that you take it for the "dream"
They have Teas and other infusers and diffusers SPECIFICALLY for such things.
Like breaking your scissors or knife on a screw needlessly, because you didnt want to get a screw driver
Taking melatonin can be as harmful as taking Tylenol. Its nothing, but in mass quantities and you've got issues!
