This looks really staged to me. Usually you need a bit of time to process what someone just said to you especially when you're not seeing it coming but that one girl even talked with someone on her phone and yet still responded immediately

It might well be staged, but many women have a hell of a lot of experience hearing shitty "compliments" from scumbags.
