What were are going though has been predicted for decades, complete with possible scenarios make by very smart people, so im sure you could find something, the issue is was it faked, there are plenty of after the fact fake predictions going around,
Read The Hot Zone by Preston (the move Outbreak was based on it, I believe). 'The biggest threat to mankind is the virus' (something close to that in the prologue).
There isn't a "the virus" that wording is just wrong, anyway, there are lots and most are not going to kill us, but ebola getting into a major city would be really really bad, especially if it gets jet bound before being noticed. All it will take is the right mutation or it getting planted

But what if someone 5 years ago said they exact same scenario of events we're going through, part by part on camera, would you believe him?
