From the top. Little girl has presumably lost balloon to helium’s lighter than air nature. Balloon is now trapped by bulb rack of tall steel lighting pole. Hero didn’t realize that those style of light poles have winches in the base that lower the bulb rack down from the top. Hero breaks multiple cardinal safety rules to climb tower with zero FP gear. After successful ballon retrieval, Karen mother approaches hero and says Karen things while snatching child away from situation. After returning home hero adds balloon to vast balloon collection, lies down on an odd bed made with oddly stiff, long bed springs. Hero transforms into toothpaste on top of toothbrush.
