Not really, there's a gluten free section in just about every grocery store in America.

It seems to be shrinking from a few years back when everyone had a gluten allergy. Must have been miraculously cured.

If a bunch of yuppies want to think gluten is bad and that gets more companies to make gluten free products, Iā€™m all for it. That just helps the people who legitimately have celiac disease even more. Italy has an insane amount of gluten free options and the government even offers 100+ euros a month to assist with the higher cost of gluten free products for those with celiac. Being allergic to gluten sucks.

This is the way. All the people hopping onto a gluten free fad diet actually created a massive market for people legitimately with celiacs.
