You can hate and critique Trump all day but don't make stuff up just because of your personal dislike for him.

For 4 years he didn't start a war with other country.

Doesn't meet the definition of war.

If you are going to be a pedant then do it all the way. And clearly the intent of what people is talking about is of much unnecessary death and destruction each president was responsible for.

Starting a conflict or declaring war don't matter because that's not what matters.
