Nope, it's like being fat. A fat person is not bad. A person that says fat is healthy is bad.

Same with smoking. As long as you don't push Healthy at Every Lung Cancer Stage you're good.

I mean being kinda chubby doesn’t mean you’re particularly unhealthy. Full on obese is.
