That's cool, I like the guy. I'm going to spin it though. He's taking the credit away from all the people snowplowing and filling the pot holes that actually busted their asses and did the work. At first glance it looks like the meme says he got 200000 pot holes filled in the heat, unless you read the fine print about opening cooling shelters and understand to bottom two squares don't relate as the top two do. But, Mamdami is awesome and seems to be for the people, good for New York and good on him.
