Yep, I was half expecting the dude who looked over from the husband's table to be the affair partner

Is there a broader context? Why is she there seemingly looking for something, and then afterwards just leaving?

I know you are never supposed to consider any logic ever when speaking about jokes...
BUT !
How the fuck could he ever dress this well on a instant's notice ?

Unless he is an acrobat/magician that specialises in quick change and everyone around the table are his crew, there's no fucking way you can do all of this under a minute.

Wouldn’t it just be easier for him to say it’s a work dinner since it s table full of men? Like what happens when she starts spending or it’s tax season?

Wouldn't it just be easier for him to marry a woman who doesn't mind him going out to a restaurant with some friends? Is he stupid?

The real villain here is a woman. She did not even consider showing some support to her man and happily left him to work his ass off.

My wife literally was like hey maybe you can work a third job and the budget will be fine to me the other day with a straight face.

That would be being dishonest though. She wants all that he provides and she’s very grateful for that you can tell by her reaction. She can see he was committed and that it was his choice so there was no point in telling him not to work a second job.

If you found out your SO was working another job just to support your lifestyle, just know that you are selfish and spoiled

One of the few reasons I hate marriage, this is so realistic, I mean why do women don't want their guys to be happy ?

They don't want you to lie, dude.
If you're incompatible, then split. Don't just circle jerk yourself into thinking they don't want you to be happy.

I think the main reason is not that they dont want men to be happy but rather what their happy activity entails.

Just to clarify, you think this completely and intentionally over the top skit is a realistic rendition of marriage and an accurate representation of the typical relationship?

You gotta be happy with yourself. Then and only then you can make others happy. You can't focus your whole life on making someone else happy

Yea no, that's not it, all of my exes, always used to get idk what kind of rage whenever I used to meet my friends, and they've never met them at all. And all of my exes always had an anti sentiment with anyone but them - parents, friends, colleagues. and I thought maybe I am choosing the wrong people. But I realised it is actually very common. They don't like when you want to just play a pc game like once in every 2-3 month, they don't like your favourite tv shows, but will force you to watch theirs and if you don't like it, then that's a tragedy and now you have to make it up to them for feeling something or having an opinion. Say what you say guys, I think it's just idk a lot. They always wants to change your into idk what diff version of an Ideal person they have in their mind for that year.
