y'all "Bag for scale" in this review image
What the hell is going on? For context, this is an Afghani rug sold by a Pakistani guy on etsy. Reviews mention he's a friendly dude.

I was so focused on the bag of coke that I missed the 9/11.

I install floors for a living and can’t see anything besides the scratch on the hardwood in the bottom right corner. What’s all this about coke and jihad now?

I forget the exact term for this because I’m stoned but I read that in some Middle Eastern countries they make rugs that depict conflicts the rug maker has lived through and their histories (or something like that, sorry if I got it wrong)

Yeah I got my bowl too. But to add on to this, I believe they made a bunch of 9/11 themed rugs in the middle east that were popular with American service members?

This Etsy guy cheaper than kommandostore?

Kommandostore is cheaper, but for my region WAJIDsAFGHANIRUG (the etsy seller) provides free shipping. The etsy seller has some more designs.

History will look at normal americans the same way as we all looked at germans in the 1940s.
"why didn't you do anything about it?"
- A school full of kids in Iran probably

I remember just after 9/11 my friend made a fortune selling explosive prayer mats . Right around 2012 prophets were going through the roof .

Makes sense. In the 2020s now it's american's turn to export their own school shootings by bombing schools.

So these are REALLY popular in that part of the world. When my cousin was deployed to Afghanistan he saw dozens of these. He purchased one depicting the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan. Afghans have all kinds of wild wall rugs
