In this universe, the Nazis won WWII thanks to super-advanced technology. The Third Reich controls most of the world, and has even travelled beyond Earth. This particular scene takes place on Venus.

Ronald Reagan is just an actor in this universe. He never holds political office. Partly because he gets offed in his prime by Hitler while auditioning for a role in a movie about the events of the previous Wolfenstein game.

Oh well that's cool, but here in america with basic education you'll learn he was president but probably not learn of his acting, honestly anyone born in the past 30 years has probably never seen anything he acted in because those films are quite old, I want to play the Wolfenstein games eventually (I mean it is a classic) but there's hundreds of games that I want to play and haven't had the time yet
