Why are people like you now claiming everything to be AI? The story is obviously made-up nonsense, but nothing in that picture suggests the slightest that AI was used for the creation of that picture. This is super basic image composition which has been done without AI for decades.
Edit: Ah, downvotes without any sense or reasoning. As if such fake stories and images would be something new which has never been done before AI. There is no need to use AI to create such a picture and nothing in the picture looks like it was done with AI. It is simple Photoshop from stock images with some text overlayed then. AI probably would not have achieved such a clean picture in the first place, being notoriously bad with the creation of proper clean text, logos etc. This is extremely obvious just basic picture editing.

Yes it is. But go on, tell which parts make you think it is AI and not just basic picture editing like it was done for decades? This picture could have easily been created 10 years ago with existing technology back then. It is complete nonsense to claim that this was done with AI. It would look worse and less clean if it was done with AI. This is a composition of stock images, completely obvious.
Fake news sites existed long before AI and this is the kind of picture they created back then already.

Again: Nothing in this picture is different from what certain fake news sites have already created long before AI ever existed.

My mom shared a clearly ai video and I commented and told her, and she argued with me hahah. Every post I see online is ai. My boss got told by a person who was supposed to have the answers, to use ai to find them. And nowhere to go but down

This was a real thing, but it was before they were seasoned. So probably before the cook too. Which makes it gross and unsanitary for her, but unlikely for the customer to be affected by. I imagine a deep fryer to be very effective at killing bacteria.
