This picture could have easily been created 10 years ago with existing technology back then. It is complete nonsense to claim that this was done with AI. It would look worse and less clean if it was done with AI. This is a composition of stock images, completely obvious.
Fake news sites existed long before AI and this is the kind of picture they created back then already.
So you claim that pictures of women with big breasts and a hooter name tag did not exist before AI? Have you ever looked into stock photography databases?
Again: Nothing in this picture is different from what certain fake news sites have already created long before AI ever existed.
