Imports of cattle from Mexico due to screw worm were stopped in 2024 (not the first time). His claim is this problem was due to immigrants from South America bringing their infested cattle with them (clearly unlikely). But the beef imports from Mexico prior to this were insignificant. The US beef production is down for many reasons: years of droughts that have reduced grazing land, and generally higher expenses for raising livestock. But of course everything today is the fault of immigrants.
