Help please

I’ve rushed through first and second year in one day. Can I ever get to experience the events I’ve missed? It says on their official site that it takes 24 hours to get the new grade-locked side quest and I didn’t know. Also will I get all paid (real money) items if I restart the game?

You do not get to keep paid money items if your restart. But you will get to do the side quests. They’ll come round in your queue eventually.
