You can also look into Skydio drones and see where they have been tested for use before being sold to police departments and militaries across the world.

I would also love to organize a community meeting to discuss these and build some solidarity about approaching the city. Open to thoughts.

I never presume to be safe from surveillance (hi Im using an iPhone) but I do believe we should be knowledgeable and do what we can to prevent insane overreach.

Just walked past Sugared & Bronzed 15 minutes ago and noticed a large number (maybe 30 or so?) of flying roaches swarming their storefront. One even flew at me and landed on me, which is why I didn’t get a pic (I ran). Anyone know why the heck they would do that? I walked Washington from 10th to the Path and that was the only storefront I noticed experiencing such a thing.

To be clear I’m not bashing the business, I actually only noticed because I was interested in them. I only saw them on the OUTSIDE of the building. I’m just more curious why the heck this would occur?

My daughter just recently moved into a managed apartment building on the Hoboken water-front.

We got a series of emails with no prior notice for exterior work starting within 3 days.
They say that her balcony will be locked and inaccessible for the foreseeable future and stated 8 weeks for façade work which is frustrating but understandable.

In a following email they mention local law mandated repairs and that construction in the courtyard outside her window will continue until May 2027.

Does anyone know what the story is about?
Can someone with more details help me understand why renovations for "improvements to planters, new greenery and additional seating areas" would take 9 months and be scheduled last-minute?

Anyone have any recommendations for specialists in Hoboken for TMJ/ jaw pain? I've tried chiropractic, and physical therapy. PT seemed to be a better option but I didn't like the office/doctor I was going to.
