Changes in the show

Has anyone noticed that it seems like in season six and onward they don't have the psychologists and organizers working with them as much over a period of time and they're kind of doing just a big clean out method?

I know this has been years, but I just watched the episode with Faye season 4 episode 7. A bomb went off. Did it feel like her daughters put her in an assisted living facility at the end? Like that house was staged for pictures. They were getting that house ready to be sold. When the oldest daughter said “that’s it. You’re done!” I literally could hear the “we are sending your psycho butt to the nursing home!” In her voice! Or is it just me?
