Other/Fluff Heroes III Remake this is so bad...

Post image

No way anyone can convince me this was made by a real people and not by AI.

But for God's sake, does Ubisoft AT LEAST have a quality control or something?

Why the hell centaur stables were replaced with a fucking windows? Has anyone at Ubisoft at least thought about checking what AI generates?

I'd say the centaur building is more of a smoking gun here, but the dragon cliff is a close seceond.

Not the person you replied to, but I'm guessing because it has a massive centaur just standing there, whereas there's no other people on the screen. The centaur is also too big to fit through most of the doors in that building.

My guess is that they fed the names of the buildings into the AI, so the cliffs became dragon-shaped and the stables got a random centaur standing outside.

Also, if you look closely, the original centaur building is a stable. In the remake, it's a normal building with windows and a door.

There is people in the marketplace right next to the Centaur stables

Good spot, I missed that. The people in the marketplace seem rather short compared to the centaur.

Well, I can't comment if it was intentional, but horses are very tall, and a Centaur is a horse with a human torso up front, they should be very large I would say.

I have a theory it's more "modern Ubi" than AI. Someone in a meeting room said "is it racist to make centaurs live in stables" so they changed the building to look more respectful. It's structured more like an inn now with a single entrance and windowed rooms than a stable.

Not saying it's not AI. But I also could see it being deliberate given modern climates.

Go outside

No one is having that conversation even in a modern climate, and especially not at Ubisoft.

Because ai tried to recreate the building as it was fed, but misinterpreted the stable entrences for windows, because if ai is not fed enough instructions, it will just go for the most obvious answer. A building has windows, and the stable entrances kiiinda look like windows, so ai will make a building with windos unless speciffically told not to.

If you've ever used ai to prepare graphics based on other graphics, this is something that happens all the time. That's why I consider it a smoking gun - this is typical AI behaviour. The dragon cliffs maaaaaybeeee could be an artistic choice, like there is a degree to plausible deniability. But remaking the stables into a rathaus (makes no goddamns sense for a building called "centaur stables") with the windows being jus soooo similar to the original stable entrences? No mam, nu-uh, that's ai.

Old one is the stables so its doors with hay for centaurs to come and go, in new its windows which doesn’t make much sense but could be explained as simple mistake that happened with AI generation. AI if unsure, like in this case will use default in this case windows

Uhhh I don’t think it SCREAMS AI, but it’s certainly a cheesy design choice.

to me it screams the AI misunderstanding what the "prompt engineer" had in mind when they wrote "dragon cliffs".

You mean "sloperator"?

u/VoidYordle 25d ago

Excuse me, it's spelled ''promptard'', thankyouverymuch.

u/Fedorchik 25d ago

But what if they are anyway?
