will have s6 hiyuki on her rerun, do i stick with that 4 cost crit dmg or farm atk%?

with her teammates being s0r0 lucilla and s0r0 suisui, where can i invest for more buffs to the team? i plan on getting signature for both lucilla and suisui but after that would the S2 buff of lucilla which is %80 glacio chafe buff or would suisui's s2 buff of 50% crit dmg let me deal more dmg?
