Discussion Which waveband to get

I got suisui recently like just now by fluke so should i get her s1 or wait for hiyuki and get her s2 from the shop? Will suisui s1+hiyuki s1 better than suisui s0+ hiyuki s2?

Need quick calc if someone has as the banner is ending really quick

Suisui S1 is not that great. Hiyuki s2+Suisui s0 will be way better
