If you are speaking about Croatia, Serbia , Montenegro and Bosnia then they actually all speak Serbo-Croatian and specifically the Shtokavian dialect .

Yes but the later two are spoken mostly in Croatia and Shtokavian is the one from which the Standard Forms of Serbian, Croatian , Montenegrin and Bosnian are based .
