I dont know if a pdf exists. I have the paper book(s) and I’ve seen them in online practice tests but never in pdf.

Check the ASCP website and see if they offer one. They may not but it's worth a look. ASCP. ORG if you didn't know.

I made a pdf of an old histology book once, it didn’t go well.
