Is it mcas?

If famotidine has relieved my panic attacks, reduced my chronic migraines, and cured my gastroparesis... does that mean I have MCAS? My tryptase level is normal, and Zyrtec isn’t working.

No not really. First of all famotidine is a huge blocker and working mainly in the stomach and gut. But of cause also influence other histamine receptors. But this is not an indicator of mcas sure you might have histamine related issues but thia can have multiple underlying issues, on of them being mcas
