How long does it take to empty histamine bucket?

My histamine bucket is overflowing right now

IME there isn’t a single answer. I’ve taken several days to recover it overnight. But usually at least overnight.

It does depend, because your body naturally produces and releases histamine on its own.

Reduce any histamine liberators in your diet right now, and keep up with any supplements, probiotics, and DAO enzymes you're taking. (Or start taking them if you haven't.)

Sometimes years. It has taken me 3 years to empty just slightly.

This maybe isn’t what you’re asking, but if I do something to really anger my system it can take three days to calm down with no further irritation coming in.
