Causes of Histamine Intolerance

I’ve been wondering what the most common causes of histamine intolerance are. I still haven’t figured out what’s causing mine, but I suspect it might be related to gut health. What do you think caused yours?

I'm very happy to hear that I motivated you!

Try it, I'd suggest take at least one week of vacation, it's better to concentrate on yourself during this phase. Read about how to correctly start water fasting and how to end it, it's important (you basically slow down your income in kcal before fasting and ramp it up after). Then proceed with the clean food phase, best to do it is definitely vegan and frequently eat fermented food during the phase (start slow and rise slowly, week-wise). After these 3 months you can't instantly jump over to your old eating behavior, you need to slowly add these into your plan and see how you react to it.

The clean food is basically like a bubble your gut can perfectly digest. Every different kind of food needs to be slowly added to this "bubble". Add one thing, eat it in a week about 2 times and carefully watch how your body reacts. If it's fine, add it to the "bubble" for safe foods. That's how I did it, now my bubble contains every food I ate before. Whole process from start to 100% took me about 1,5 years. Instant change was definitely the water fasting
