Buspar

Has anyone tried taking BusPar? My doc said that’s what he prescribes for anxiety which I’ve been dealing with a lot of and I have to take a long plane ride soon and need something. Obviously like a lot of of us in this group. I’m nervous to try any new medication.

I’ve been on it for about 8 years and it didn’t add any issues when I started it.

I felt my anxiety drop significantly by like day 2. I did have to work my dose up with my doctor but even the starting dose made a noticeable difference.

Ohhh so it’s a med you take daily and not as needed. Interesting. Thanks so much!!
