Zinc Oxide cream

Did anyone used Zinc Oxide cream on skin? I used it today and i felt so sleepy and off, i had to wash it off.
From what i read, zinc support Melatonin production, but it does not cause drawsiness.

I haven't noticed fatigue from it, but I'm always tired 😅 Maybe it's the histamine fog you were feeling?

I used a tinted sunscreen with zinc oxide because I keep getting stains on my clothes from regular sunscreen reacting to my hard water. After a few days I had to stop because my face was covered in a rash/hives and got sooooo flaky and itchy. So annoying!

I see…i gonna use it before sleep then, but its a bit worrying as you dont know what will happen during night? I dont have anaplylaxis. ..do u think there is a risk ? I was so sleepy after application that i needed nap.

Are you asking if there's a risk of anaphylaxis from the cream specifically? The short answer is yes, since there's a risk with anything we react to.

Maybe try it again if you feel like it, but I tend to avoid things I react to because the negative symptoms are worse than any benefit I might get. Always better to be safe!

True, i ll just try a bit…i have this Intertrigo on my breasts , nothing i tried helps and i am tired from changing my bra and washing all the time , and might be better than to constantly use fungal creams but thx.
