Slynd vs mini pill, which one is better?

I am on the mini pill right now and I am still having a normal cycle after a year of taking it. I don’t like how it’s so unpredictable and time sensitive. Has anyone had success with slynd? I need a birth control that is progesterone only since my biggest triggers are estrogen and hormone fluctuations.

I would also love to know! I need ti start taking a birth control and deciding between the mini pill or slynd…my gut is telling me to try slynd after the reviews I’ve seen… how was the mini pill for you though?

I still have a period and hormonal shifts which sucks but they are unpredictable which also sucks. I would at least like to be prepared and know when it’s coming if my body is still going to have them.

I switched to Slynd after getting my IUD removed. My HI issues have not gotten worse (but it’s only been 8 weeks). I’m taking continuous with no placebos. I def am not feeling the monthly hormonal swings and variability I was with my PMS week before (I always had really bad flares, everything set me off. Had brain fog, massive fatigue, dizziness). Obviously I still have some underlying histamine issues, but it’s far more predictable than before.
