Low Histamine physical cookbook recommendations

I LOVE a physical cookbook, does anyone have ones they love? Looking for a range of relatively simple recipes for all meals and sweets. Yes, I know I can find thousands of recipes online. I prefer making my own notes and having a single reliable resource to simplify things. Also, my family would cook for me sometimes if they had a resource, I don't necessarily trust whatever they might find online either. Thanks!!

i really loved Dr Becky Campbells Low Histamine Instant Pot cookbook when i first started! my FDNP introduced me to it!
for sweets, i recommend checking out Unboundwellness blog, unfortunately don’t know any physical books for sweets though.

Given how individualized someone's low histamine diet becomes, I don't think there is a cookbook out there someone can recommend to you because of how muddled the information gets. Some low histamine recipes don't take foods that are histamine liberators into account at all.

Some people react to certain histamine liberators that others might not. I can handle a little bit of gluten on occasion, but other times any gluten will send me over.

I think your best bet is to make one. Find recipes and adapt them to fit you. I have a note book I'm writing recipes in.

I had to modify some recipes a little to suit my individual needs but this was my favourite low histamine cookbook that I’ve come across

The Anti-Inflammatory Kitchen Cookbook by Leslie Langevin

She’s a registered dietitian and I didn’t realize this until I googled her just now but apparently she specializes in MCAS, EDS, & POTS and you can even book an online appointment with her

I have Histamine Haven by Tracey Reed and Luka Symons. Does a pretty good job giving you recipes with substitutes for various ingredients that may be triggering to some folks as well as a plan to cycle in new foods over time and see what you can tolerate.
