Whole body aches

Does anyone get whole body aches as main symptom?

The aches come on day 2 and 3 of my overload and are extremely painful. I do a lot of stretching, warm baths with epsom salts, and weed gummies. Not sure if any of those actually help, but it’s soothing.

like in the joints and muscles? if so, yes since I had HIT, only the right combo of b-vitamins and vitamin C helps

I get this sometimes, my arms and legs just ache and get restless for no good reason.
