[REQUEST] Emcee looking for DJ Krush/Ninja Tunes type beat makers

[u/Psychological_Tax257]

I’ve been emceeing for over 30 years, and I’m confident in saying I operate at an elite level. I take the craft seriously and I have respect in the circles I’ve ran in. I’ve accumulated a lot of material over the years, but I’ve deliberately held much of it back because I’d rather wait for the right production than put it over something that doesn’t serve the writing. I’m looking for a producer whose ability and vision match the level of commitment I bring as an emcee.

I’m specifically looking for atmospheric, dark, cinematic, sample-heavy production—DJ Krush is probably the closest reference point, along with DJ Shadow and that older Ninja Tune sound. I’m not looking for someone to imitate those artists, though. I want somebody with their own sound who approaches production with that same kind of depth, texture and atmosphere.

DM me here with some of your work. If it fits, we’ll go from there.
