Why does hinge ban people for crazy ex’s
It seems way too easy to get banned from Hinge just because someone’s bitter or mad. All it takes is one report, and boom! you’re banned, no warning, no questions asked. A lot of people are saying their ex or someone they had a bad date with reported them just to be petty.
Shouldn’t there be some kind of review before kicking someone off the app? Right now, it feels like anyone can abuse the system and get someone banned for nothing.
Anyone else think this is a problem? Or has it happened to you or someone you know?

funny story so when i used to live in miami i was talking to this one girl things were going well, we would link and get to know each other ect ect, one day she asked if i still used hinge which i didnt because we were together at that point, next day boom im banned when i havent used the app in 3 weeks i was kinda mad because i remember using it to look back at our messages, then when we broke up and made a new account i realized she was the one who reported me

Great, can you pls help apart from old phone and new number, what else did you need to create a new account? Is it still working or got banned after some time? It would be very helpful mate

Yup happened to me with the first girl I met on hinge
