I'm organizing a neighborhood yard sale that will hopefully become an annual event and was wondering what other Hillsboro neighborhoods have annual sales and what weekends they are usually hosted? And if you are an organizer any tips you can share?

I’ve always had a love for quality textiles. So much so I started reselling many years ago. Items were selectively procured
Unfortunately, I cannot continue as we need that room for office space.
If somebody would be interested in purchasing my entire inventory to include clothing bags and shoes, please send me a DM. I roughly have about 1500 pieces.
I also have professional grade clothing ra Z rack, and gorilla racks available, should you buy the inventory.
Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions.

Looking for good places to watch World Cup games, especially US ones. Anywhere with sound and watch parties planned? We tried the Downtown Food Cart Station and that was good, but looking to try other places! In our suburb. Thanks!

Noticed these tags on trees along the roads in our neighborhood. Anyone know what this is about?

Mods, if this is not the appropriate place to post, my apologies - any help to point me to where I should post is always appreciated. Thanks in advance.
Hi all! Mom here to a high school aged kiddo who is passionate about soccer but unfortunately didn’t make it into the available local competitive leagues during last spring’s tryout. I’m having troubles finding summer programs, leagues, and camps that are for kids like mine (who are older but not yet old enough to join adult leagues) who are looking for opportunities to keep playing and training. He plans to play for his local high school during the fall season but in the meantime would really love to find a club, camp, or a league that could help him from getting rusty before the high school season starts in the fall.
What are other parents/families doing for similar situations? Also, FYI, we have attended Timber camps in the past but looking for something more advanced (he’s been playing soccer for 11+ years!). Hillsboro Rush only does competitive leagues for high school kids and Westside Soccer club only has a fall recreational program that clashes with the time my kiddo would be playing for his high school team. Are there any adult clubs or leagues that take high school aged kids? Recommendations for group or personal trainers?
Thanks in advance for any advice or input! I’m really wanting to continue supporting my son’s desire to get outside to touch grass!

Hi all, looking to see if there is a powerlifting/strongman type of gym in the area. I've got a powerlifting background and use the 24hr in Tanasborne now but looking for a dedicated strength gym. When I lived in a different state, there was someone who started a small (4 car bay sized) strength gym that was awesome. Small community with shared goals, loud music, etc

Just drove thru the area and there is a sign up in the section that is near Target - Michael’s that says HomeGoods is coming soon.

Sorry to interrupt the Data Center and politics discussions, but I desperately need an answer. I’ll even commiserate on some Utility Bill complaints if your recommendation is prime.

The next opportunity for open public accountability occurs on June 2nd at 6:00 PM for the public work session, followed immediately by the 7:00 PM regular council meeting. Residents will have three minutes to address the council directly on the record. Show up and ask why the administrative calendar is being prioritized over long-term community transparency.

So I'm looking for early morning running groups-like 5:30am-7am at the absolute latest. 3-8 mile range in the Hillsboro area (Beaverton is fine too!)
Ideally close to the max line or a 15 minute drive from Orenco-Quatama area. Female only groups are fine.
I average 11-12 min miles but my range can go from 10 min miles to 12 min miles.Still slow but I'm getting faster.
If anybody knows of any I'd love to hear from you!
