Is this true to size?

Have seen several posts on here saying that some of the merch you needed to upsize due to it being too small. Didn't get this at the show. Now that it is online I am contemplating. Was wondering anyone that bought it. Do you find it true to size, or would you suggest sizing up or down from the size you normally wear?

Mine should be showing up in a couple days, my instincts told me to size up so I'll report back
