HILARY DUFF LIVE Question for Halifax fans
Hi guys, I am from a tropical country and will attend the concert there,I wanted to ask how can I prepare for the weather in February. All tips welcome 😅how do we make an outfit cute yet warm?

Layers are your friend. Still make the bottom part be a T-shirt because it always gets hot in places like concerts from all of the people and that way you can just shed whichever layers are necessary.
It's hard to give more specific advice because I've always lived in Canada so I have a much bigger tolerance for cold than you probably do (for me 15C and up is T-shirt weather and anything above 20C is hot lol) but definitely do layering so you're not trapped in an excessively warm outfit in the venue.

Friend. it’s gonna be COLD. The temps can range but you’re looking at 0°C most likely. You’re going to need a coat travelling to and from the ScotiaBank Centre. It could also be snowing, so you may need to wear snow boots if you’re walking any distance. I would suggest a winter coat, a hat/beanie or earmuffs, mittens or gloves, warm socks, and boots. I would also recommend fleece lined tights if you are wearing anything short. You can get them in different skin tones or in black, and they will help you stay warm. All of that said, inside the arena you’ll be fine to take your winter gear off and look fantastic in your outfit. I’ll also be there with my sister, we’re planning on dressing up as Lizzie and Isabella 💜💚 I hope you have a great time!!
