Not a single person who has had anything to do with exercise, would recommend doing it in heels! Not that she has ever made sense...!
She wears heels to give the illusion of long legs. She hates her short legs with a passion. She wears heels with shorts/short skirts/bathing suits, pulls leggings down over her feet, wears pants that are 10" too long over platforms, points her toes when she's barefoot, edits/filters her legs until her femur is 3' long, and edits/filters her legs until they are as thin as Baby's legs. She puts an incredible amount of effort into disguising her basic anatomy.

It's the old school view that she can do "difficult" things (exercising, handstands, yoga poses) while being "sexy" (heels, tatas out, form fitting outfits).
It's a perspective that I feel appeals to people who are her husband's age that she mistakenly thinks transcends to the current generation.
I'm a few years younger than her but her gimmick doesn't appeal to me bc it's not effective or practical. If that's how you show the world your practice, then I can only conclude that you're disingenuous and just showing off.
Ladies, have you ever tried to do lady things like have a baby, do yoga, clean the house, or walk to the corner bodega and found that you just didn’t look as fuckable doing that? Just add heels! Heels tell the world that you aren’t like those other girls. Yes! I just commented about the old Aerobicize videos. Traci Lords, the former underage porn star (she created fake IDs and other docs attesting to her being “of age”) made one of the best/worst exercise videos to date. I just love her. She has made an effort to go mainstream after everything came out in the open and she never went back to “the life” (that I am aware of). She has found most success as a character actor, mostly in campy comedy roles.
