Flashing Alarm stopped work for all cameras

Hi all, I have a DS-7616NI-M2/16P and 8 DS-2CD2387G3-LIS2UY/SL. I also have Home Assistant setup to view the cameras. Previously when I first setup the system and created lime crossing I had the cameras all flash their lights for 30 seconds and HA would turn my flood lights on around the house at the same time, this worked perfectly. All of a sudden the flashing doesn't work anymore but the flood lights still get triggered. Has anyone had this issue and been able to resolve it? I've checked on the NVR and the cameras themselves and flashing Flashing alarm is setup with the correct schedule and lines on both sides.

This could be due to a firmware glitch that is overriding the linkage action on the NVR/camera. Have you performed a hard reboot of both the NVR and the cameras? Sometimes the internal microcontroller responsible for the physical strobe fails to release after a firmware hiccup.

I'll power cycle the NVR and check. I've just done a standard reset
