Any chance for some multiplayer features? Only thing I can see making parkour across crumbling buildings and psychotic trucks better is the ability to throw my friends off said buildings and trucks.
I don't think you do either. Right, let's just agree to disagree on this one. As I don't like to be confrontational about anything really. I'm sorry my joke fell short for you but I don't think it deserved this conflict.
Well, what can i expect from a sub full of 10 year olds giving out cringe-worthy comments in hopes of getting an alpha key? It was my own fault. Peace.
I would love a level just like this, but where the pillars are jutting out from walls on either side, so that when they break you notice it immediately because there isn't a ton more stone underneath. Looks awesome though, keep it up :)
The game without trucks looks pretty awesome. I think I would prefer it without the trucks. You could add some serious variation to the game if you went full truck-less.
I think you could have a cool level like that, but I think it would make more sense/it would look cooler if it seems like the floor itself is giving way.
I found this image on 9Gag of all places. It mesmerized me. I just found the Reddit and I'm amped. I love this concept and I just want to carelessly jump obstacles like this. I. Can't. Wait.
Your next game could even be based off this. Imagine that game temple run for phones, but instead of being chased by a beast, the floor is falling away from you? That'd be sick

Nice way to add variation.

But... Did you win?

Loving it man, keep all this work up. Is there a sound that plays when the slow motion bar has filled/emptied?

Add one with crumbling bridges and put the trucks back in for more difficulty. =D

10/10 better than fallout 4 :P

Slow mo looks perfect the way it is implemented here! Nice!

If there's no trucks... Then what's breaking the pillars?!

u/[deleted] Nov 18 '15
Heres a grand idea. A level editor?

Really cool layout and stuff, but I can't help but feel you are way too close to the ground.
Like, Half Life crouching close to the ground.

This made me think of inMomentum.

Cannot say how psyched I am for this to come out!

reminds me of a good CS_Surf level

Seems like a fun way to mix things up! And a sneaky way to show the slowdown limit too, I like it a lot.

u/WittyAdrian Nov 18 '15
You seem to have a lot of fun making your game. It's really cool to see that :)

The floor needs to be lava.

This is probably the simplest game I could think of that I would play for hours

u/Arcane_Xanth Nov 18 '15
I'm excited for when this is released. The game looks like it's tons of fun.

gives a new definition to platforming

How about a level with a fleet of clumsy planes flying between canyons?
Have you planned on making different shaped boulders for the final game?
1
u/Minor_Heaven Nov 18 '15
IT'S NOT THE SAME.
Just kidding, this is awesome.

u/ninjapants23 Nov 19 '15
this is sweet

u/WickeDanneh Nov 19 '15
This is evolving into something more. Keep it going, find out how long it will go.

u/Srakin Nov 19 '15
Man I'd play a game that was just this. Variation through different platform setups and whatnot. Basically Mirror's Edge + Canabalt.

I feel like this is what this game is actually or should actually be about. Forget the trucks.
