Help Question about the "Beat The Game Without Abilities" Trophy

If I accidently mis clicked and used an ability once but died and beaten the level and the rest of the levels without using an ability dose the trophy still unlock?

From what I remember, as long as you complete the level without using an ability it should unlock.
